Einstein 'schooled' us in many ways, but apart from his mathematical prowess, he was acute and attentive to that which he did not understand, therefore he learned to leave room for all possibility.
The largest reason we cannot move forward in full steam towards our goals is due to what we 'know' what we have been 'educated' with. Once we 'know' something and have been well 'educated' in it, we understand the 'way' in which it is done. We 'see' how it is done, therefore our 'education' blinds us from 'seeing' it in an other or better way.
This sets limits on how we learn, for we instinctively dismiss any 'angle' or 'perspective' that doesn't follow what we already 'know'! This is why Alistair Smith stated that, "At times of change, the learners are the ones who will inherit the world, while the knowers will be beautifully prepared for a world which no longer exists."
***Einstein got it right when he said..."THE ONLY THINK THAT INTERFERES WITH MY LEARNING IS MY EDUCATION."
So as you wear this shirt, let it remind you always to keep an open mind. Remember to not allow your education to interfere with your learning!
